Staff and food were nice, I had a wonderful stay. I got free upgrade and loved it. It was a safe area, an excellent place for me. The bar was lovely. Late check-out was useful.

The stuff was pleasant, the room was beautiful and themed. The staff created a unique atmosphere. The bed was great and it was great having central heating, iron/ironing board and a work desk. Found in a secure area. It was pretty standard hotel and we had a pleasant stay.

Every part of it was amazing, I loved staff and location. Everything was amazing as expected, though the bathroom was a little cramped. Lovely lobby. There were the shops and retail shops around the hotel.
